Tournament Rules:
This is a 4 Game Guarantee - 3 Pool Play into Single Elimination Bracket. 8U is a 3 Game Guarantee.  Games will start on Saturday @8:00AM! 2026 Refund Policy - Due to weather type issues - If No Games are played in an event - 75% of entry fee will be refunded or credited If One Game is played in an event - 55% of entry fee will be refunded or credited If Two Games are played in an event - 25% of entry fee will be refunded or credited If Three Games are played in an event - No Refund For 3 GG - If Two Games are played - No Refund There are costs that occur no matter what - (Tournament Insurance, Sanction Fees, Awards, Park Fees, Assigning Fees, Workers costs, etc.) that is paid out no matter what.
