Registration deadline: April 18th, 2024 (tournament typically fills much sooner) ----- To be completely registered for this tournament, you must do the following things: -Sign your team up here (on tourney machine) -Fill out the online registration form: https://form.cityofsalem.net/s3/Play-for-a-Cure-Oregon-Fundraiser-Softball-Registration -Submit payment (once you fill out the registration form you can be set up for online payment OR mail in a check) YOUR TEAM WILL BE PLACED ON THE WAITLIST UNTIL ALL OF THESE ARE COMPLETED. ----- -There will be no refunds after the registration deadline OR after tournament slots have been filled, whichever comes first. -An $80 city administration fee will be charged on any refunds. -Should the tournament be canceled or partially canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a $100 refund will be issued per games not played. If 3 of the 4 games guaranteed are played, no refund will be issued. ----- USA Softball rules will apply for this event. Your team must be fully registered and approved to play with your local USA association to be drawn into the tournament. (Coaches must have passed their background check and SafeSport to participate) ----- This tournament has been sanctioned for eight 10U teams and twelve 12U teams. Adjustments to these numbers could happen depending on interest level.
